Team Leader - Ski Butlers
Manage day-to-day operations, uphold customer service standards, and lead by example in a dynamic ski resort environment.

About the Role
As a Team Leader at Ski Butlers, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and adapting to a fast-paced environment. You will lead by example, manage expectations, and make decisions that impact the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Open and close the shop daily, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts
  
• Conduct pre- and post-shift team meetings to discuss expectations and responsibilities
  
• Plan delivery routes, support calls, and pickups for the current and upcoming shift
  
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  
• Dispatch ski technicians on reactive support calls
  
• Ensure brand standards are met daily, including uniforms, vans, equipment, and shop cleanliness
  
• Set up the next shift for success
  
  
  Additional Responsibilities
  
  • 
    
  • Sizing guests in the proper equipment for orders
    
  • Scheduling work assignments for the following shift
    
  • Providing real-time feedback and coaching to ensure customer satisfaction
    
  • Assisting labor management during slow periods
    
  • Taking reservations and issuing refunds

      Shifts
      
      • 
        
      • Full-time team leaders work 5 shifts per week
        
      • Shifts comprise of split shifts (7am-10am & 3pm-8pm) and AM/PM shifts
        
      • Schedule allows for skiing/riding on any day
